Sara's Grace was created by three sisters who grew up in the inner city of Chicago; Englewood neighborhood natives who attended A Phillip Randolph School. Giving back and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most has always been their goal. We want to empower one of the most vulnerable populations in our society. Sara's Grace was founded in an effort to serve those who have been left behind.
Mission Statement
Transitions through life are normal and natural, but not always as simple as they should be. To provide a holistic, evidenced based, therapeutic approach to service to those in need.
To provide those in need with all of the resources and support they require to make it through all of life's transitions. To allow the greatest opportunity for a successful transition from childhood to adulthood
Core Values
We believe each individual should have access to quality education, financial stability and a sustainable life plan. We will advocate on behalf of the participants in our program. Providing a warm and inviting environment for teens to thrive while helping to build their self confidence, self esteem and sense of self worth. Encouraging teens to learn the necessary skills to become contributing members of society, through empowerment. We will always compose ourselves with integrity and honesty while maintaining transparency to the community and participants.
