WELCOME TO SARA'S GRACE

Sara's Grace was created by three sisters who grew up in the inner city of Chicago, Englewood neighborhood natives who attended A Philip Randolph School. Giving back and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most has always been their goal.  We want to empower one of the most vulnerable populations in our society.  Sara's Grace was founded in an effort to serve those who have been left behind.

Transitions through life are normal and natural, but not always as simple as they should be. To provide a holistic, evidenced based, therapeutic approach to service to those in need.

To provide those in need with all of the resources and support they require to make it through all of life's transitions. To allow the greatest opportunity for a successful transition from childhood to adulthood
